Long article on organic food from AlterNet, posted here so that I can have it handy to look up some of the sources mentioned when I get a chance. I wish these types of articles would list their sources straight out; they obviously have them and mention them directly in the article, but it would go a long way towards increasing credibility to list them at the end...

It's a good article, worth reading if you have a spare 20 minutes or so.
