NCSU is testing their emergency warning system. I'm sitting in my apartment, a mile off campus, and I can hear the Westminster chime sound and the beeping that proceeds an announcement. I can't understand what the voice over the loudspeaker is saying, but I can hear it.

Damn, that's loud. I'm rather impressed. I suppose I should consider myself adequately warned.
