Gacked from [personal profile] femmequixotic cause I'm bored and felt like it. :D

These are the top 106 books most often marked as "unread" by LibraryThing's users (as of today). As usual, bold what you have read, italicise that you started but couldn't finish, and strike through what you couldn't stand. Add an asterisk* to those you've read more than once. Underline those on your to-read list.

Y'know, there used to be a time when I was never without a book... )

How sad is it that I own just about everything on my to-read list? And that this to-read list only makes up a portion of the actual unread books that I own? I need a month where I do nothing but read; oh, that would be heavenly...

First off, the only reason I bought a paid account was for the icons. No, really. I used the scrapbook and the polls occasionally, but that's not what I'll miss when my paid time expires in a week.

To whoever it was that gifted me with the 100 icon add-on on my birthday, I wish I could keep it and use it for its full time. I love having all the pretty icons for every mood and fancy. But renewing my account makes my annoyance with LJ's policies and business practices rather pointless. I may be only one, but add together enough of me and money does talk.

So I have pruned the icons down to 6. Uniting proactivity and procrastination over here! :D I've also uploaded a number of them on IJ, but I got bored with that about 40 or so in and went to clean out the icons folder on my desktop instead. That's down to 209 (from 432), so I may just buy some paid time over at IJ and upload the lot rather than picking through them. I'll be sleeping on that one.

In the meantime though, I'm sure there's homework of some sort that I ought to be doing...
