I've just heard (via facebook, so take it with a grain of salt) that the Westboro Baptist Church plans to picket Tuesday's memorial service for Eve Carson.

I'm not sure that there are words to express how sickening this is. If I continue to hear that they're planning to show up, I may well be skipping class to go dress in white and stand in front of these bastards to block them from view.

Good goddess, that's disgusting. There's a group that's going to dress in white and stand in front of them if they show up. I didn't know Eve Carson, but I'm certainly willing to take a stand against this kind of shit.

Your dad's right though, there's likely to be violence if they do show. The police may well be in riot gear.
