Since the rest of the government has managed to toss the Bill of Rights out the window, the Supreme Court won't matter much. Their ability to enforce their rulings is based on the other branches of government paying attention to the Constitution, something they've been lacking in the past four years. The Supreme Court ruled (this is a long time ago) that Andrew Jackson could not forcibly move the Cherokee Indians. He did anyway. So long as what the President, or Congress, wants to do is popular, they can get away with ignoring the Supreme Court because the Court has no power to enforce its rulings other than through the other two branches.
