No, I don't support discrimination

I just got a facebook invite, sent out about a half hour ago, inviting me to come to the brickyard tomorrow and give my signature in support of denying the planned GBLT center campus funding. I was pleased to see that after only a half hour the "event" already had 28 denials out of 350ish, five people having responded as "possibly attending" and only three yes, including the creator. While it saddens me that the event even exists, it's heartening to see opposition to it among the student population. I'll be surprised if they can come up with the 5000 signatures they need and even more surprised if their petition gets any consideration by the university, but I'll be interested to see what the final numbers are.

ETA: Ha, she's deleted everyone's wall posts supporting GBLT and started de-inviting people who're refusing to go! How's that for changing reality to suit your views?
