I would like to call (for the third time) for the genius who thought that combining webassign and chemistry was a good idea to be shot. I have now spent 6 hours on this assignment. I have 38 points out of 60. The mechanisms will not load, regardless of what I do. I'm beginning to think that the program is not reading them at all because every time I submit a question, regardless of what it involves, I get a message saying there is a script which is not responsive, and do I want to stop loading it. I'm one of the lucky ones- there are people in the class who cannot get the page to load at all. The professor has extended the deadline twice, and says he will not use webassign again after this semester. And as much as I love my computer, I have to agree that sometimes paper and pencil are superior.

It truly doesn't take much to amuse me. I just spent a thoroughly enjoyable hour on a rolling office chair batting balloons around the Franklin lounge:D

Is there anyone at State who would be willing to give me a ride to campus from the airport on Monday evening? My plane lands at 6:06 and I would really like to go to the lecture with the Jeffersons at 7. I'll be happy to toss in gas money and possibly a meal on the way!
