Calling all Photoshoppers

All right, I know some of you have to have used Photoshop, right? I'm trying to layer two maps, one of migratory flyways and one of countries with reported H5N1 cases. How can I get the maps to line up on top of each other? They're from different places and I think they're different sizes. I can (I think) just draw the flyways on top of the disease spread map, but it would be so much easier if I could just stick them on top of each other and have them line up. Course, I've already been playing with this for an hour and a half now...

(no subject)

Ok, so I'm Photoshopping countries on this map that I got from the UNITED NATIONS so that all of the countries with confirmed cases of avian influenza are red. I'm quite happily spray-painting my way west from China and Russia and I make a rather odd discovery. The Aral and Caspian seas are totally missing from this map! MISSING from a map that I got from the UNITED NATIONS!!! WTF?? This is supposed to go front and center on my symposium poster, I can't be missing two giant bodies of water... actually... Now I'm seriously wondering if anyone would notice:P
