Whee an' all that...

I started work today!!! It included starting the day on about 4 hours of sleep (damn cold), working through a whole bunch of surveys, walking to the transportation office for a parking pass and getting soaked on the way back, freezing for the next few hours, cutting out early when there was nothing left to do and generally now feeling like shit due to the cold and lack of sleep. *big breath in* Damn, how's that for a run-on sentance?

Really though, I'm exceedingly glad to get started on this, it's 6 weeks overdue and even though I'm still not getting paid until the account clears I'll get the money eventually and I now have a major resume booster to fill my days with. And hopefully I'll sleep tonight and eat dinner soon so I can stop feeling exhausted and dizzy and ick.
