Academic Juggling
May. 8th, 2006 10:15 pmIf this gets any more complicated I'm going to put these damn classes on index cards and lay the thing out over the floor. I think International Studies is dead, regardless of whether I study abroad this fall or not. I think I can move the study abroad, but that will force me to put Genetics 411 with either Microbiology 351/352 or Biochemistry 451. I don't like either of those options, since all three of those classes are going to be nasty on their own. If I keep the study abroad where it is it will be paired with Organic Chemistry II and I'll have my wonderful roomie back from her study in Hawaii to help me with them:) I like that better. Plus if I study abroad in the fall I solidify my grasp on Spanish since I'm close at this point and taking lit courses (next in the sequence) isn't going to improve my speaking and writing abilities. And I'll get to go to Ecuador with someone that I know I work well with (which is invaluable when you're watching each other's backs) and I won't have worry about housing for the fall. Now if only I can swing it so that's what happens...
And, for your amusement, I give you the Great Spaghetti Tree!!
