(no subject)

I just love repro lab/lab practicals. There's nothing better than the smell of fresh tracts and mammary glands (complete with milk) that should have been retired several weeks ago. It's in my clothes, my hair...

But my classes are done!! Now I just have to get through exams, and there's only one I'm really scared of. We asked what was on our Spanish exam in class today and it really comes down to us being expected to write perfectly. Before next Wednesday. Lovely. But it should get easier from there- non-cumulative repro on thursday, cumulative stat on monday and non-cumulative anthro on tuesday. And then I am done, off to whatever the hell it is that I'm doing this summer.

No ideas on that one either, though there's a flurry of e-mails and calls out to various people in the hopes of something coming through. I'm still holding out hope for a paying job in my area but I think I'm more inclined to start on an honors project- research if don't get the DHS scholarship, Spanish translation if I do. The DHS scholarship is pulling this out until the last minute and beyond- they were "hoping" for a decision by the end of the month. I'm a strong candidate and I have an area of interest that isn't that common, so...
