1-Salad: Cucumbers, tomatoes, bell pepers, carrots and eggplant in a yummy spicey sauce and scooped up on bread
2-Chicken and flan in phyllo dough with powdered sugar and cinnamon on top
3-Chicken- just the meat cooked to melt in your mouth
4-Lamb- again, just the meat, with a honey and almond glaze. Tried sucking the bone marrow, will not be trying that again, regardless of how much of a delecacy it is considered to be
5-Veggies and Couscous- they prepared squash that I enjoyed. I am duly impressed.
6-Fruit- apples, grapes, oranges and a belly dancer
7-Pastry- phyllo dough with some sweet sort of filling
8-Mint tea- very sweet and minty, almost like a liquid peppermint candy. Served in little glasses and looked a whole lot like alcohol.
8 courses, 3 hours, all in this cool setting with Moroccan tables and chairs and waiters. Now that's a meal like I have never had before in my life.
