WTF??

Bush's nominee to the Supreme Court isn't even a judge this time? WTF??? And I thought it was odd that Roberts was nominated to the Chief Justice position without having served on the court. But someone who hasn't even served as a judge? He's chosen a longtime political supporter for a life term on a court that decides cases for the country? Can we say separation between branches of government?? *bangs head on desk* Who knows. She could turn out to be good, to support abortion rights and not do anything too radical. But from where I'm sitting that seems highly highly unlikely. She has no record! Bush would not have nominated her if she were an unknown quantity to him!! But there's nothing to attack, unless you take her total lack of experience. She'll probably get confirmed just like Roberts did. I'm all up for a hopeful outlook, but I gotta say, this one leaves me scratching and shaking my head. Not a judge. WTF.
