Go check out antennapedia, she's working on modifying some of the coding to backup and transfer entries and comments. It's not perfect, but it's better than anything else I've found.

Check out www.ljbook.com too. It won't migrate, but it puts your journal and comments into a pdf file, which I think is pretty darn cool.
